Smoked Sockeye Salmon in Olive Oil

Bristol Bay, Alaska is one of the last places where wild sockeye return in the tens of millions. We buy from fishermen we know by name. The fish is smoked in small batches over alder wood, packed with Seka Hills extra virgin olive oil pressed at a family farm in the Sacramento Valley.
